Primary Objective
The primary objective is to provide access to support the empowerment and development of disadvantaged schools as well as youth development through training, in order to improve the quality of livelihoods.

What We Do
School facilities in disadvantaged communities are not properly managed and as a result causes hygiene issues. The other problem in these disadvantaged communities is the rise of unemployment, drug abuse and a lack of resources in order for youth to create financial wellness.
The Standiwe People Solutions NPC was created and developed with the basic understanding that in order to address the problems in the disadvantaged communities the following areas needs to focussed on:
- Skills training,
- Youth development, and
- Cleaning programs to maintain school facilities
Our Mission
The Standiwe People Solutions NPC provides a platform for enabling empowerment of disadvantaged individuals and communities and encourages ownership of their own development with these objectives
- to provide support and improve livelihoods through a network of partners
- to grow youth and community development reducing poverty

Various outreach activities will be implemented, benefiting needy people identified by the directors and members. Programs will be implemented for job creation and training for graduates entering the workforce.
